New Cal Laws effective 7/1/07

Some of you in California may have seen an email or print out of new vehicle related laws going into effect on 07/01/2007. One of them is hands-free cell phone use at all times. This is WRONG!!!! That particular law does not go into effect until 07/01/2008!

I didn't even think to check Snopes......I just knew the hands-free law was definitely wrong.
