Most photos posted on websites are .jpg or .jpeg so why can't you post them?

You either use the "Manage attachments" feature which is at the bottom of the screen or you can upload them to a hosting site and post the links to them here.

Cool story, but NDOT would not be involved I don't think. That bridge is in California. I have been accross it several times.

Well, that's what I thought too.... but when I Googled the story after receiving pictures of the bear & net and stuff from someone, it said Nevada DOT.

Whoever, it was a great rescue and my hat's off to all of them.
