If we know all the facts in this Wilmington story, then it's a sad state of the USA that no one, one one came into the store and said thanks for the cheap gas throughout the day. 
NC station sells gas for .35!! (ooops!)

Yeah, not only will they take/steal the gas, they'll come online and brag about doing it!

News talk radio in Charlotte today reported that the owner of the store will have some resolve in the scenario that went down. Apparently, with the credit cards used he can track and add the proper $$$ to the cards. I'm just reporting what was reported. I find this hard to figure.
