I saw this today and got me thinking. If Nascar is hurtin' this bad it can't be good news for us straightline fans either.

they have been talking about tomorrow being "Black Monday" for the last few weeks. I have heard estimates of up to or even over 1,000 people will be laid off from race teams in the three highest level series.

sucks for a lot of people.

There were over 100 laid off when the DEI-Gannasi merge came about.

I think as of last week for the 43 qualified spots there were only 33 teams that knew they had a sponsor for next year.
