I thinking that Mike Neff must be heavily compensated for the job (s) that he does. To be able to drive and tune at the level he does is remarkable. His quiet persona just oozes confidence, and I am convinced that if he had his own (funded) team he would be the one to beat, week in-week out.

A lot like Mark Oswald. I've always been a big fan of Mark. Anyone remember the huge engine explosion he had once that shattered the body, and him coasting through the top end of the track while reaching up to open the escape hatch that was no longer there? He didn't know that because his face shield was covered with oil.
