Mike Bucher is the son of the late Jim Bucher, who was a terror in T/F with a Chevy engine in 1970's. I didn't realize that till I read this article.

in that article he talks about his round win over josh hart, a fogging visor, and a top end wheelie to get around him. he mentions a video of that run.

His Dad was one of my favorite racers. Jim qualified #1 at Indy in 1973, which was my favorite race ever (of those that I have attended). Glad to see Mike win some rounds in Gainesville.

Mike used to come on here. Haven't seen or heard of him in a few years.
I always liked the colors of Jim's car that Orange pipe/ Blue body.
