Memphis sold

I thought Memphis was sold off for warehouse / commercial development, am I assuming correctly this never went through? On top of that I remember hearing noise was pissing off the usual suspects.

This one was interesting to me when I read the headline. I remember watching the roadkill guys drive to this track a few years ago to say goodbye and it was already looking a little dilapidated. I found this video from 2024 and it looks like it will be a huge project to bring it back.

I stopped by the Atlanta track a couple of years ago. Everything was still in place except of course the tower and stands. I don't think it would take a lot to get it back up and running other than the obvious. The people living in the apartments behind the staging lanes would have a good look. LOL.
