didn't know where to post this.
i like F1 but don't pretend to know too much about it - after hearing about
the cinderella story 1 - 2 finish this last weekend i've done some reading
and watching online.
former Honda factory team, which Honda abandoned, was purchased
under new name of Brawn GP.....unsponsored!.....drivers jenson button
and ruebens barichello finish 1 - 2 in melbourne.
lots of knew rule changes for this series including lots of aero changes to body.
these guys designed new car from scratch (i think honda had hand in this
before calling it quits), retrofitted mercedes power, tested, then took the pole and won flag to finish.
just think it's a great story.
richard branson/virgin airlines picking up sponsorship after victory - not sure
if for rest of season or not?
