Max Out Motorsports (formerly Justin Ashley Racing and Davis Motorsports) and JCM Racing have announced the creation of Maynard Ashley Racing, a new organization that will campaign the Phillips Connect Toyota Top Fuel entry piloted by Justin Ashley.
