Can't lose with the FC champion. Who here doesn't like both Hagen and Vandergriff? Pro Stock is Glenn's to lose. If he goes out in E1 there's 3 others that can snatch the championship but that's not likely as Glenn will likely be pitted against a 15th or 16th qualifier. Langdon is a lock unless he too goes out in E1 and Kalitta wins the race. PS, dunno, probably Gadson or Herrera.

Just me, but Vandergriff is not my cup of tea. Not saying he isn't good for the sport, just not someone I would root for.

i don't recall Vandergriff doing anything or acting a certain way to earn anyone's ire over the past couple years. Other than he's young and handsome, which i'm neither, i cant think of any reason to dislike him

I think he represents john force racing and cornwell pretty well. I like him

Jordan was very humble in his comments today at the NHRA breakfast at SEMA. Especially since the rest of the panel had 8 championships: Hagan, Capps and Todd.

Certainly no ire towards him. Human nature is that we tend to root for people we can relate to. He is not one of my top picks. Nothing more than that. Maybe it is a generational thing.

Jordan was picked for a reason other than his driving ability. In my opinion he is the most polished camera savvy driver we have ever had. Good on JFR for choosing him. He makes his predecessor look like a spoiled brat/cry baby.

Every top end interview I have ever seen Jordan is very humble and appreciative of where he is. AND he knows how to drive a 12,000 hp funny car.

I didn't want to, I'm annoyed with reality TV and while I don't watch it...anyone going on the bachelor or any such dating show yuck...... but I'll be damn if the kid hasn't worn me down. He's humble, excited, appreciative and does very good on camera. With some social media things I've done for Mak1320 I've seen him behind the scenes and he seems like a good dude, very personable and friendly. My main two guys are too far back so I'm hoping Jordan pulls it off at Pomona.
