I thought I was seeing things but that makes two of usI noticed during the broadcast on FS1 Friday night when Chad Green was staging for the second qualifier a note appeared at the top left of the screen saying that Chad ran his quickest time ever at Dallas of 3.61. Thought I was having a senior moment. Anyone else notice that?
track faces North, north east. The bikes and pro stock better be carefulLooks like tomorrow is gonna be a real handful. 66 degrees but 30-40mph NNW winds and plenty of blowing dust. If that track is west-east it'll be rough sailing. As mentioned, any 340mph passes will likely be confined to the F16s.![]()
What grinds my gears, is that they knew they were probably running against the clock last night, especially after the Pro Mod crash but decided to run the two pairs of jet cars which meant having to re-prep afterwards. I just hope everyone stays straight and true today.Gong to be a long day at the track today. Walked outside the casino a little bit ago and it is cold and windy. They had to stop racing last night during alcohol funny car round 1 due to sand on the track. I expect that to be a major issue today.
Better set the DVR for an extra hour.Gong to be a long day at the track today. Walked outside the casino a little bit ago and it is cold and windy. They had to stop racing last night during alcohol funny car round 1 due to sand on the track. I expect that to be a major issue today.

it could easily come down to final round in TF and FCTF has 5 cars (top 3 could go into Sunday all within a round) with a shot going into Pomona and FC the top 3 are all within a round of each other. PS and PSM are basically over. Pomona in 2 weeks should be good.
