Ladies, my wife must know, should she go to the drags pregnant?

My OB advised against it after 20 weeks due to noise. He also suggested I stay clear of the warm-ups if I just had to go.

She may also want to consider going to the restroom. It's hard to hover and pee with a bowling ball on your bladder, and balance can be a challenge. Make plans to clean or cover the toilet seats so she can sit, otherwise, her bladder may not empty completely. I've heard UTIs while pregnant are really bad. Sorry to be so explicit, but you did ask.

She's a nurse - trust me, that wasn't explicit.

Thank You for the info. With that, I'd say it's probably a shoe in that she'll be staying here.

You're most welcome. I was eight weeks pregnant at Richmond and had a great time.(thanks again to Ron for inviting us into Brut's hospitality area!)

It's those everyday activities we take for granted that become the biggest challenges when pregnant. If I eat a regular sized meal now I can't reach my shoes, just too much belly in the way:rolleyes: . And the aforementioned restrooms in public are just gross.

I went to the drag races at nine months pregnant and one day overdue, and I was fine. But I did not get near any nitro fumes and I sat down a lot. It is great exercise!!!

I don't think it will be that much of a problem my wife and I went to the grand opening of the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas when she was eight months pregnant. Areosmith played in a tent outside we stood between the front row and the stage (we were one with the speakers). My now 16 year old daughter is an honors student and just passed all of her SAT's (She is a sophomore), is on the varsity Cheer squad and works a job. So I guess she is crazy don’t do it!:D
