I guess I get the monetary support being cut, but if they're going to continue to produce the parts, I don't understand why that support can't be maintained. I'm sure there's much more to it than I know, but how much of a market effect can that program have if only 20 -30 teams have to pay for them?

Personally, I'd like to see all of them stick it right in their a$$...........

Does this mean KJ is done? I wonder how much he has been paid so far and if that is enough to continue.

Was Cruz Pedregon's name really on the GM letter? Hasn't he been using the Toyota Solara since early '08? I'm really surprised that GM even offered support for the '09 season.

greg and jason in a ford,, say it aint so! hopefully they cab find some pieces or pro stock by 2010 or 2011 will be all ford. those solaras are pretty slick looking though, wouldnt minds seeing them in those.

What are these new (like Morgans) Ford PS motors? Are they essentially rebadged Mopar or GM stuff ala Ford Boss 500?

It is Tony who has the support from GM.

I figured it was Tony, but I just thought I'd post for clarification, no harm, no foul.

I wouldn't panic about any of the GM teams mentioned just yet, everyone thought WJ was parked when GM dropped him, til K&N came to the rescue.

Thanks for the update Bobby
