John Force - Chasing Longevity

Thanks for the link, that was a good article.

thats a great website, jackie!

they seem to post pr press releases verbatum.

So I read the Tony P. on about Reading and it says he lives in Detroit?

I thought he lived in Socal?

Why would he live in Detroit? Is his wife in Detroit or something?

Preemptive apologies to all Detroiters, but who in their right mind would live in Detroit by choice? Ann Arbor, maybe, but Detroit?

Do you think every part of Detroit is horrible? Many areas in Detroit are nice. Also, people say they live in Detroit but they actually stay in the suburbs of Detroit.

Yeah, and his take seems to be the growing consensus. People can live with the "Elite Eight" thing but not the other pare-downs. I REALLY hope they just change it to the eight.

He basically confirmed Ashley in a 4th car for next season. I can't wait for the first time she beats the old man. That's going to be good TV!

Papa John makes some great points

Great interview by John, and yeah, can't wait for '07 season.
Bets on the 2007 ROTY? And a FoMoCo fuel motor? Boss 429 lives again... :)

Can you say "Karl's a Happy Camper"? I'm sure that you can:D

Maybe Ford feels that bringing a motor to the Force camp is easier, cheaper, more media worthy, whatever, than developing an entire multi-car team for a class that doesn't draw near the attention. Don't get me wrong, I'm blue oval all over, and I'd love to see a Ford P/S, but they probably feel their money is more well spent with Force. Just my opinion, though.
