Joey Severance: Could he win?

I was just thinking he's 2 for 2 this year, and has a lot of races yet to claim points at if he so chooses.

If he has a good run in Div. 6, and decides to venture out a little to hit some of the national events, he may be a title contender with the new 96% rule.

He's 20% of the way there already.

My money is on Shields.....all 3 div 7 races in the finals...2 wins 1 runner-up
