I can't help it. She is just the most charming racer out there. It's not that she is new, or female, but the fact that every time I've seen her interviewed, she has the most honest, open, and approachable personality. Her humor is apparent, but not forced. Always pleasant, and one of the few interviews I always stop the Fast Forward scan of a race to listen to.

They need to clone her.

I was thinking the same thing last night.
She is just one of the nicest, most genuine people to come along in a long time.

PS. Eugene, it was nice to meet you Friday in Sonoma.
I stopped by again on Sunday, but you were busy.

Jenna, is a very appreciative, and sincere young lady.

She seems genuine and down-to-earth - refreshingly unselfconscious and effervescent ...!

I must admit I am relieved ... When I saw the title of the thread I was worried someone was going to complain about the air time she has been getting on the Western Swing. I agree, it is nice to see new smiling faces.

does anyone know why she said it was her fault the car didn't leave the starting line against tony? yes she is fresh air

isnt it nice when someone is genuinely real and not spouting out the boring party line!!! its terrific to have all these talented women in our sport. in fact it is the best thing that has happened in a long time. and it might be the saving grace that everyone has been looking for the last few years. so im not complaining but Courtney should take a lesson from Jenna and let loose. shes should be more than john force light

Jenna has been writing the blog for Terry on NHRA.com for the last couple of years. Always a good read.

I met her in Vegas, 2012 when she was working on Terry's funny car, she's just as sweet in person. You can tell that she's very appreciative to be able to be living her dream. It would be nice if they got a great sponsor.

I like it too, but we can't be too hard on the corporate speakers either. If it is how you pay the bills then you do what you need to do.

A sponsor isn't on car just to be nice. They want exposure and mentions. It does get tiresome but it is part of the game.

Yeah, I get that. I'm only saying I'd like to see a balance between taking care of business and being somewhat personable. In some interviews you can tell the racers are genuinely grateful for their sponsorships, while others just rattle off names so they can check that box. Tough with brief airtime to say what needs to be said and then try to squeeze in what wants to be said.

I've known her and her family for geez...I guess 20 years now...man I'm old. :( Her dad used to go racing with us quite a bit, and was always the first one to offer me anything and everything I needed to go race. If I had something break, he'd pull a replacement off his shelf. Didn't have a car to race...here take mine. That's how he has always been. He is honestly one of my favorite people I would go racing with, and just a really good friend. Man I miss those days. She's a good kid, and a hard worker for sure. She works on those cars as well. She didn't have much track time racing experience going into this, so I have a TON of respect for her, and she seems to be doing a great job.

The apple didn't fall far from the tree....!!!

What kind of racing did her dad do? I like she does crew work and been around working on race cars for a while so she has that hard work-down to earth background that comes through (like a female Ron caps or Wilkerson). I also agree, it's not forced just very pleasant. Really never paid much attention to terry but the two of them together on the Friday night interviews has been funny and enjoyable... like watching a couple married friends hang out in your garage....I hope they both find success....seem like good people. It sometimes feels like Courtney tries too hard (or maybe overly groomed from her dad...although her interviews are getting to be "vintage force" which can also be a good thing). I really think Brittany force would have that same quality (as Jenna), feels like she is holding back when interviewed. I see her as the quiet one of the sisters and often when they let loose or you get to know them (hard to do from the tv camera perspective) they turn out to be the most charming and genuine.
