I'm sure it's available from any provider that has Epic on demand. Like for me it's available from DirecTV.
Like Tony said it's so bad it's good. Typical of the hokey racing movies of that time.
It was funny seeing the actor who played Falconetti from the "Rich Man Poor Man" mini-series of 1976 being the main character Lucky Lonnie.
