Like I said, I'm a little confused on the whole COPO, Drag Pak, Cobra Jet thing. Is this a separate class (I've heard it referred to as Factory Stock)? Is the NHRA running them with Stock Eliminator?

The class in Stock Eliminator, known as Factory Stock (FS/S), is for this weekend only, if the teams choose to run that class. Otherwise, they can put their cars in their respective classes. It's a 9.90 index. And yes, they can run the eliminator in Stock if they qualify.

I do not think it was a good start, 8 Mustangs and one Challenger, This is the problem that I think the ADRL has, it is a all Mustang affair. If the guys that run Mopars and Camaro's do not run the class will anyone pay attention.

If it is going to be all Mustangs then let Ford sponsor the event like Mopar does with the Hemi Challenge
