IHRA losing leadership?

Is the new IHRA in trouble , and losing their new management? I heard this elsewhere , and Alan Rhinehart confirmed he is no longer with them.

I've heard that as well, and I do hope they can pull it together to be competitive in 2026.
Too bad about Reinhart; I think there would be some amazing things created with him at the helm as VP of Competition that would give NHRA quite a bit of pause.

Dude is a cat; he'll always land on his feet.

This year (2025) seems like a bust for IHRA. I don't even see any info about event dates, and now they have let go of Alan Reinhart before anything has even started as far as I can tell? This is not sounding good.

Okay, my bad. I went to the IHRA website and I see they have quite a few Sportsmen/Summit Series events on their schedule. The 10 NitroJam events don't seem to be on the schedule and it's already getting deep into the racing season. I figured Alan Rinehart was brought onboard to help with that, but rumor has it he is gone!
