Quite a sight in person! It was actually pretty dark and you could see burning fuel pouring over the back of the car. Other than the track being on fire, it was a very unspectacular day.

When Cory's car owner, Santo Rapisarda used to drive In Australia, his TF dragsters were called "Trackburner". One year in the early 80's he set the start line on fire at Casleraegh Dragway in Sydney. It's kind of cool that 30 gears later one of his cars sets the track on fire again! Sorry for the "Rain Man" detail.... ;-)
