How low will they go??? Q2 is going to be good!

Thanks Paul - it sure has been a great weekend of racing, one of the best I've seen in a long time. Hopefully the cars can get down the track tomorrow - I think they'll go quick again, conditions look great. Safe travels home mate.

Mike

Mike, you picked the right race to see on your trip back to the U.S. for some drag racing. Today's conditions are like no other and the national records are being reset on almost every run, at least in Top Fuel they are. PSM as well. Hope you got to the track in time to not miss anything. Hope you had a blast. :D

the funny thing is, the only thing that E-Town has is the quickest fc run from 3.964. I am stunned that stayed in tact. Yeah MG got the record for the 2nd quickest run in history because E-Town hasn't had a consistency with it's good weather. It's mineshaft one day and warmer the next.

Thank you buddy. I got there well on time thanks to Barry Turner (stand up guy) I had a great time today, and on Friday (Thanks Chris Cook for the pick up at Reading) and Saturday. I missed Sunday, as I thought it would be a wash out - but after what I witnessed today I didn't mind so much!! And I got to see Manzo win his 100th National Event - that was very special. Also got to thank Doug Palmer for the ride back home Saturday evening. Also Chris for putting me up Friday night. Thanks guys - what an amazing weekend. My mind is still trying to function what I witnessed. That run from Langdon first out for the day will be etched in my brain for awhile!!

This was my third National event out here on this trip. I also need to thank Justin League, Kelly Holmes and Doug Watson for the great Texas hospitality. And of course my sister for being such a trooper driving for the first time in America getting us to Indy back and fourth in two weeks. Also whilst I am on my thanks list - I got to thank Mark Krogen and also Sandy in advance for the upcoming race in Vegas.

I am truly blessed to know such wonderful people, and to be out here in America - this is the life!!!

Thanks.

Mike.

PS: Will have to catch you at a race someday Kurt.
