Here in the very bottom of Illinois 320 miles from Chicago things could be A LOT worse. We only have 8-13 inches of snow, extreme cold warnings, highs in the teens, lows in the single digits and below zero wind chills. We have power and internet, we don't have ice and the sun finally came out! The weather news across the country is dreadful. Feet of snow, inches of ice and sleet, artic temeratures, power lines down, roads closed, wrecked cars, canceled flights and people dead.
