Mix drained pineapple with softened cream chees. Mix the rest of ingredients (excluding pecans and cherries) to the cheese mixture.
Shape into a ball and roll in the pecans.
Decorate with cherries.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
