We used to be able to sign on to the audiocast and living timing with our membership number.-now you are directed to nationaldragster.net and asked for a user name and password-the problem is that if you’ve forgotten either one that the site does not send you a message on how to get your user name or password. This is an obvious flaw in their system-does anyone have a contact at nationaldragster.net or know how to email nationaldragster.net so one can recover either their username or password in a secure manner?

Did you try calling member services?

Or on the National Dragster site there's a tab on the right side of the tabs that says member benefits, click that and click member help desk, then click continue to member services (below the 4 questions), then click member password reset. The member number and password should work on both sites (audiocast and National Dragster). hope this helps

it turns out that I was confused by the term user name-that's just your member number-the login process is the same as it ever was.

Plus the player volume controls are stuck, you can't change the volume, you can't stop the player, you can't start the player. It plays but the applet is stuck.
