True, sadly he passed away this morning... Funny Car Owner Harry Schmidt Passes

It is. End of an era, for lots of us. I can't count how many times I've watched the Blue Max (not the recreated one) tear up drag strips across the country.

RIP, Harry. You really were one of a kind.
