July 7, 2007 - RADFORD, VA--Matt Hagan and crew departed yesterday for Edmonton, Alberta Canada to compete in the CARS RV & MARINE Rocky Mountain Nationals.
"We decided to skip on some events that were closer to home in order to keep ourselves in the IHRA points race,"said Hagan, regarding the extremely long trip from Southwest Virginia to Canada. "It's a long trip, but we're not the only ones traveling this far so I doubt it will have much effect on the competition overall."
Hagan and crew are looking for a strong performance out of the 1968 TORCO ACCELERATOR CAMARO this weekend. Newly-added clutch and chassis specialist Cody McManama has been putting his two cents into the mix to further refine the car's setup.
