HAGAN AND JAN-CEN GETTING READY FOR COMPETITION IN MARTIN
August 1, 2007 - RADFORD, VA--Matt Hagan and crew departed for earlier in the week for Martin, Michingan to compete in the IHRA TORCO Northern Nationals.
Hagan will be stopping along the way for a test session to further refine the setup of his 1963 TORCO ACCELERATOR SPLIT WINDOW CORVETTE. "We've got 152 passes on the Jan-Cen power plant, and we're making big power with it," said Hagan. "We just need to get our chassis ironed out so we can get that power to the race-track."
Matt Hagan Racing signed on with Mike Janis and the Jan-Cen blower/motor program earlier in the year, and has seen great success with the arrangement. "We're planning on running Mike's engine program for many years to come," Hagan said.
