I agree with and can't add anything else to the aforementioned sentiments .... except Gary is leaving some pretty big shoes to fill at the top end

Gary is as good an egg as I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

I like making him laugh with wise cracks and I'll miss yelling elapsed times at each other at the top end when either of us was away from the screen interviewing someone. I am fortunate to have been able to spend some time working with him. Truly a class act.
