how long has this been a problem if rubber lifts from week to week or day to day depending on weather, and track prep can not remedy?
is this a 2000's problem? 2010's? now? is the new realm of upper 330's and lower e.t.'s part of problem?, or is it just
aggregate and racing surface, combined with soil under track and immediately surrounding the racing surface? (drainage)
the entertainment suffers if the racing product is unpredictable, especially on raceday.
if this persists, IMO i don't mind seeing the correct calls getting down the lane, but if lanes are not equal, then IMO it's not good.
