GA, Latino & Wildgust DQ'd

Any info why 3 of the KB Titan drivers GA, Latino & Wildgust were DQ'd for fuel Q1 @ G'ville?

they are supposed to run spec gas from NHRA source. Probably had a little gas left over from testing that didn't get drained out and tech caught it.

A P/S Champion once told me you accomplish nothing by cheating in testing..

Not necessarily, a couple years ago at the Winternationals Matt Hartford's team got a brand new barrel from Sunoco yet failed fuel check after Q1. They took the barrel back to get tested and it did not pass. I cant remember why it failed but it did, really threw off their whole weekend.

for sure this can happen. saw it happen last summer where an entire barrel for a sportsman racer wasn't just off by a little, but off by a lot.
advertised as a spec. fuel too; and of course happened after a great run, that was instantly dq'd. someone/s will never buy that brand fuel again.
