If I were a low budget or even moderately budgeted funny car racer and had to continually go up against the high dollar teams, I think I might get shall we say a little irritable sometimes. No one can say that the Pedregons aren't passionate about their racing. I bought a funny car when I was 19 years old and never had the drive to make things happen like these guys do. I've always regretted that.
I like the Pedregons and look forward to seeing Frank drive again.

He wasn't the one who owed Patty $$$....unless there's another car I of which I'm not aware. However, I thought he owed lots of others $$ from the last time he raced. Whatever!

If Frankie makes it to any of the Western Swing races I'll be stunned.

From what I have gathered, his private investor bought the DLS Funny Car team's operation. This included a Victory Chassis car (which requires updates made), their truck, trailer and a 2006 or 2007 Dodge Stratus body (formally of DSR)..but...no tools, no support equipment.

So, if he makes it out by the swing..i'll be very surprised.... lot o work to go to get it "Big Show" ready...

Dave Smith...doesn't ring a bell. James Day, the driver of his Funny Car...getting lots of attention lately! Not sure how much work is needed to get that car up and running but I'm sure Frankie does. Hope it works out.
