Parts plus is the auto part you bought, then overtightened plus the second one you need now to replace it. Pronto is how fast you get the second part so no one knows what you did.

I found that out the hard way. Walked into Target and asked for 2 Capco’s and 1 R+L Carrier. It did not end well.

But on a serious note. Can anyone tell me what Parts Plus or Pronto is?

Parts Plus and Pronto are wholesale auto parts warehouse networks that can buy and sell lower by doing large volumes. When I was in business we bought quite a bit from Parts Plus. For example our wholesale cost on AC Delco batteries was $5.00 to $10.00 cheaper then the local Bumper to Bumper and they delivered 3-4 times a day from 50 miles away. They don't have retail stores just wholesale but your local auto parts store may be buying from them.
