Why is the NHRA flying the flag (dozens of them)of the Netherlands over the grandstands at Indy?

Like Mike said, probably a group from the Netherlands. There use to be a large group from Sweden every year at the Finals at Pomona. They went bonkers when Jonnie clinched the championship there one year.
