It must be in some legal trouble....they picked a winner, he never answered in the allotted time frame, they announced they were picking a new winner to be announced on Monday, and that was over a week ago and several Instagram posts of advertising new toys and ignoring any and all questions about the sweepstake's new winner.....

then today this....

and they didn't.....
