Congrats indeed.

I didn't check but I guess the humidity was so high that despite the cool weather the PS contingent was basically running on water. I would have thought those cars would be running mid 6.40s at 212-213mph but the occasional 210 was it. Affected PSM too.

I heard one of the announcers say the high humidity actually helps the nitro cars.

Yes it's paying dividends, but in the figurative sense. In the literal sense, if they bought about a half dozen new cars from Haas, i'm guessing it ran them at least about 6 figures per car and when the smoke clears, probably a cool Million was spent for the change. I'm sure they can unload the old inventory to make up some cost, however i imagine these cars value depreciate quite substantially. Freeman prolly carries a Mil around in his wallet so I'm sure its not that big a deal

Well all you can go by is Freeman said they were swapping to the Hass cars @ Brainerd I believe & they have been getting better each race since looks like. I'm sure they are continuing engine development too,so it's hard to tell exactly how much the new cars helped.

Just an educated guess based off Greg Stanfields performance in the Haas car prior to the rest of Elite getting them, and then everyone else picking up after they got them
