I just love this team. It is nice seeing them do so good, and I got to be there for their Charlotte win..........Awesome. Can't wait til' he is crowned the champion!!!!!!!

Great to see one of the "littler guys" (funding wise) do well.

I wasn't that a big a fan until seeing how well he handled the issue with the flickering staging bulb a few races ago, now I'm a big fan.

A lot of other racers could learn something from that (hey, maybe even me?), no whining or finger pointing, he just calmly accepted responsibility himself and moved on to getting the championship won.

He's a great role model for our kids, and we need all we can get these days.

Me too. I was becoming a fan over time (anyone who can make all that HP in the tough world of PS deserves all kinds of credit), but it wasn't until that event that I really started to like him. In other hands that would've been a huge blowup, in his hands it was just "move on, nothing to see here".

I admit to having on yellow car blinders for PS. Mike had to light up the track a little for me to notice.

Hopefully the NHRA will give this team more coverage for their accomplishments the rest of this year. The only interviews I can remember are the post race ones, hopefully they'll start doing some expanded coverage on the team beyond just the post win coverage.

Unfortunately the WWF soap opera kind of stuff is I guess what they figure will boost the ratings up the most but hopefully they can balance that off some with things like coverage of this team.
