McMillen would have made the top 10 last season, except the oil down penalty he had at Indy (that deducted points) which gave the 10th spot to Grubby if I remember right. I think he really does care.

Why would you think that?
If he's putting oil on the track, that means he's hurting motors. If he's hurting motors, he's spending money on replacement parts from a budget that's not as big as, say, the DSR, or the JFR camps. (NOT knocking them folks! Just using them for an example.)
Does that really make logical sense to you???

Yea we've had 1 oil down in the last 9 races and to my recollection none of them lasted 30 minutes.....I can see why he would think that.

I would put Luigi and Scott Palmer ahead of PD!
Scott palmer has had What, 1 Oildown this year, 1st Rd at Bristol, And We Caught it on the line, No Big Leak, Just enough to make it unsafe

Terry didn't put any oil on the track this past race. I know he has a Mc in his name just like Corey, but they are different teams.
Everyone is trying to keep up with the performance levels set by the quicker teams, and since all testing is done during national events now, parts will fail and mistakes will be made. But a shut off run or a flash does not mean oil was put on the track.
Every single team is trying their best and they all care, so please quit making demeaning statements about any of the teams unless you can back it up with factual data, not just inaccurate perceptions.

Scott hasn't run much the past 2 years, but I remember at Indy like '09-'10? He put on a Safety safari clinic on 3 passes!

Joe u have a terrible memory!!!! The one run last yr that they blamed Palmer for wasnt even From his car and it was anounced later that it wasnt!!! !its no wonder racers stay away From this site,, im over it ,,,play nice everybody

Palmer hasnt run Indy for years,, since flynn was tuning his car,, and yes they had a BAD Indy that yr!! 2011 was first time he ran Indy in years!!!!

Virgil, when you fielded two cars I don't recall you blowing up everything in your trailer! I refuse to believe that just because a car don't have 8 Motors in the Rig that they are going to blow up every time down the track!
