Nobody likes oildowns, from the richest to the poorest racer Period.
Maybe NHRA should start a new program where they have spec engines you can rent from them at a race (built with the best parts) You blow it up, you bought it.
I know a lot of people will think of a 100 reasons why this won't work, but at least they can work with good parts. If the team can't afford the price of the engine if they break it, then maybe they shouldn't be racing in a nitro class.
