Does anybody else have this problem?

On my computer these pages on Mater take FOREVER to load...no other websites seem to do this. Any ideas? Or does it do that to everyone?

Me too!
I thought it was just my computer because it doesn't happen on my laptop, only the desktop.
Desktop: Vista, Comcast, IE7
Laptop: XP, Comcast, Firefox

Must be an IE thing. I am using firefox/WildBlue/Windows7 and loads instantly!

Did some testing and its Definitely Internet Explorer causing the issues. I will have to investigate some more as to why this is happening. I recently moved to chrome in the last 3 weeks and haven't looked back. I only wish I had switched earlier. Chrome is lightening fast. I suggest you make the move...lol


Edit:

On another note I plan to change the software that we currently run on here. Moving to a completely different software which is very fast and should speed the forum up. The upgrade will happen in the future. Beginning of October might be a good estimate.

I've been on Google Chrome for a while now and it works great. IE had gotten unusable for me.

sometimes yes, and sometimes no, maybe something to do with slow loading of the target ad?
