Did anyone notice Brett Wagner on Sons of Anarchy?

I thought I did when the Sons went after the little girl's attacker and visited a house where a known felon lived. Didn't see much of him but it sounded like Brett Wagner, the affable host of Speed's "Pass Time" (yeah, I watch it--it's kinda habit forming and Brett Wagner is a good host). I checked the credits at the end and it was Brett Wagner! The host of Pass Time cast as a sex offender---oh well..

Well, he used to known as Big Swag when he was doing Monster Garage. Nice guy had him in the studio once.
