Darryl Cutell Speaks About IHRA Issues

I have ZERO actual knowledge, but it looks to me like when SpaceX and XAI merged, the discrepancy came to light.
The other thing that happened is that the company went public. That brings an additional level of scrutiny because the company is now accountable to shareholders, Wall Street, and the SEC.

Conclusion

It's worse than Evan Knoll.
I'm not trying to nitpick, dollars-wise it appears from what is presented to be worse than Knoll's fraud. But we still don't have the facts pertaining to the Darana case as we're still in the he said/she said phase. The only thing we know at this point is that both companies allege that the other owes them money. I'm not saying I believe one over the other, just that not one shred of evidence has been submitted in court. I suspect an out of court settlement will show that each party is taking liberty with the truth here.

Businesses routinely screw each other over and sue. It's the nature of the beast. Evan Knoll ripped off every single US taxpayer. That, to me, is more egregious than businesses bickering.
