Thats pretty simple to prove. Just look at the contracts, pay apps, and change orders. The people who own the track say that the contractors told them one price before the work was started and then raised it AFTER it was done.
I like this paragraph:
"The new owners of the property west of Jupiter ultimately hope to build a high-end club for car enthusiasts who'll pay a $100,000 membership fee for access to the track."
For 1/2 of that I can make you one of many certified members of our race team. You get a pen, a patch, a t-shirt (Kevin Stith) and 52 issues of Sports Digest for your one year $50,000 membership. We have discounts if you are interested in our 2, 5 or 10 year plan and offer rebates if you sign up any of your friends.

RG,
Just wanted you to know that the IOU for my 10 year membership package is in the mail
BTW, which one of my shirts do I get?
I would just like to make it clear that even though it says Moroso Investment Properties, the old entity of Moroso Motorsports Park was sold and this litigation has no bearing on the Moroso Products company that is a stalwart in the high performance aftermarket business.
Rick Moroso is a friend of mine and I just don't want anything slanderous to be thrown his way and soil the family name.
