CONNIE COHEN, NHRA PRO-STOCK MOTORCYCLIST, WILL
BE ON DISCOVERY'S MEAN GREEN MACHINE SHOW AIRING
ON THEIR NEW PLANET GREEN CHANNEL ON JUNE 24TH
Connie Cohen of C.C. Rider Racing will be pitted against an electric bike on Discovery's "Mean Green Machines - Drag Bikes" episode scheduled to air on June 24, 2008, on their new Planet Green Channel. The show will air more than once -- check local listing for date(s) and time(s). Connie is thrilled that she was asked to do the show. She states "My husband Marc and I had a great time and are very grateful for the experience". It has been one year since Connie crashed her bike at Englishtown and sustained a broken neck. She has been unable to participate in any races this season due to the lack in funding. The husband and wife team have been primarily self-supporting C.C. Riding Racing for over ten years. Connie states "I feel great and am ready to race today if funding becomes available".
