This is true in general, I think, at least in sports and politics.  I've not heard of an openly atheist athlete/politician when they're playing/in office.  And I get the impression if they spoke out on their lack of belief, they would catch a lot of flak.  But I never got this, this country was founded on freedom of/freedom free from religion.  To each their own.  I won't proselytize you if you don't proselytize me, and I'll keep my "agenda" out of government if you do the same.  There are plenty of people who may not share a certain viewpoint and they shouldn't have that view foisted on them.
Boy, I have a feeling I opened a can of worms with this.  But I am not trying to argue with people, Erica can do as she pleases.  She didn't hurt anyone with her show of faith.
