Well it may not be worth a 1/2 million bucks but Wilk is the people's champ

Yeah yeah, but as soon as I goof up, y'all'll be on me like rubber on the racetrack.

(How do you like that y'all'll . I think I've been reading too many of yours and Kelly's posts there Suzie! I don't know if that's Texan or Jenn on Advil PM but it's my word dammit!)

Rubber on the racetrack! I like that one--the Nebraska equivalent is "like flies on a horse turd" Obviously, culture isn't our strong suit here in Huskerland...

And through it all, Tim was the epitome of class....hold your head high, Tim--your accomplishments this year tower above the others. And thanks to Levi, Ray, and Shoup for their support through the years. And PJ, I don't like the countdown very much right now.

Heheh....love it! :D

Congrats to Tim and entire team! They are the reason this season will NOT be forgotten soon!

Congrats Wilk, me and my boys were pulling for you all year and you did us proud. I think you deserved more than number 2, but all in all that is a great accomplishment. Hope with your Tasca affiliation next year you can take the whole thing (even if it's in a Ford :) )

My dad raced S/C against Wilk a couple times in the late 80's, and seems like we ran into him all the time the last few years in Topeka. This last year in Topeka we were out playing catch in the grass, letting the dogs run around (on leashes) and he stopped by and pet the dogs and talked to the boys and I. What a class act and down to earth guy.

I honestly felt like crying for Wilk while watching yesterdays race.

This guy is a downright Champion and the most humble victor and gracious loser out there today.

A great great person and an asset to all of his sponsors!

still have not fallen off the wilk bandwagon.
have pulled and will keep pulling for him.

one thought on his run yesterday. they talk all the time about how difficult
it is for a nitro car to red light (as compared to PS or PSB).
funny how both him and john fouled over 2 hundreths.
not suggesting something may have fouled in the electronics.......just sayin'.

no replay either.
