I hooked up with JR for lunch yesterday and we talked about how hectic the past week has been for both him and his team. He couldn't say enough about how much time and effort the "Yella Fellas" put in to get both cars repaired in just one weeks time. Check out JR's Facebook page for more. It's a great story that shows how much devotion NHRA crew members put into their job.

In other news JR asked me where the best hamburger was in Palm Beach county and I took him to a little dive bar named the Brass Ring. After lunch he said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had & he said it beat out In-N-Out by a mile. Plus they sell beer! Gool luck in Vegas my friend.

Bob did JR divulged as to why the car was repaired in Brownsburg instead of in house. I suspect time constraints or the chassis isn't homemade.

The primary car (first one wrecked) was built by Joe and Dan at Precision Built Race Cars (PBRC) in Indy, so it went back to them for repairs. There was also a second car already on the jig at PBRC for JR.
