As much as I wanted Force to close the gap another round on Hagen, I was really excited to see Del Win. One of THE coolest drivers out there.

My guess is the win was helped along by the presence of our beloved Suzie Q, who was at the race helping Jon tune . For anyone who has not heard Suzie Oberhofer Maben now resides in Sin City! Vegas, do you know what you're in for???

IMO best FC win he ever had was his first when very young racing w/dad (and maybe still art hendey too?) at atlanta running the
screamer olds.....almost like a bob bode win, except something like that happened a little more often back then......easy guy to like
that is for sure; have enjoyed every win he has had.

Very cool to see Del back in the Winner's Circle. He's one of those "good dudes" that makes NHRA a better sport simply by being involved. If the DHL car and the Patron car can be consistently fast next year, Team Kalitta might give both Force and Schumacher some indigestion in 2015!
