I agree, those guys sure needed this win, and to win it with outstanding performances like that really makes it worth the while. Congrats to the entire Kalitta organization, and to Jeff Arend.

Man, what a great win for the whole Kalitta organization & Jeff Arend. I just hope it's not another 13 years for Jeff's next win. I still remember congratulating him at Reading in 1996. My Dad & my brother- we all shook his hand outside the winner's ceremony and he was like in shock. Jeff said "Thanks, thank you. It hasn't even sunk in yet, but thanks again".

Little did I know until I read yesterday that the win in 1996 with Paul Smith was Scott's car that he won in Houston with in 1989.

Again, congrats to Connie, Jeff & the whole Kalitta gang. Scott was along for the ride, loving every bit of it.

I was at O'Hare picking up some friends from Shanghai Sunday and saw one of the Kalitta Air MD's on the taxiway. I thought to myself, "I hope they do good today. They deserve a win." Then watching Sunday night, Jeff pulls off a win! Way to go!
