Off and on, yes. When my shortcuts weren’t working I could sometimes search the page and get it to come up.

For the better part of a week I was getting webpage not found. I was able to access it through Twitter so I figured it was a browser issue on my end. I updated my bookmark and it has worked fine for the last 5 days. I don’t know if this link will work for you, but it does for me.
