Just watched E:60 on ESPN and Cndy McCain's a HUGE Autoracing fan! She's into Drifting especially, but she's been to several Nascar races! I think Bruton Smith should invite her to a drag race!

Yes, she's a big racing fan. She attended the NASCAR race at Pocono in August and I was able to talk to her for a bit when she was visiting Jeff Gordon's pit area. I guided her towards the wall so she could see a pit stop up close. Before the race started she took the pace car around a few laps - she wasn't shy with the throttle.

A few years ago "Soccer Moms" were a key demographic ... all the pundits claim "NASCAR Dads" are that key demographic in the Midwest/South for this year's election ... Cindy McCain is just doing what she has to, and if she actually enjoys racing ... all the better ... but I agree with Joe, get her to a drag race!!!

I'd imagine she is quite busy right now but I think that a brand new track opening would attract someone in the running.

I saw Cindy McCain on Leno a few months back and she said that her son and her built a drift car together and she has driven it a few times. Her son is really into drifting. I thought for her to do something like that with her kid is really cool, but for her to drive it is even cooler.
